Red ribbon special cake delivery is only metro manila. However recipient can be pick up special cake from any branch nationwide. But delivery charge is still required.

Someday delivery is not applicable during any special occasion like Valentines Day, Christmas, Mothers day and Father Day. Please complete the Order at least 4-5 days in advance.

Incorrect address might cause delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide correct address (House# street name Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete.

If your Order Item is only from Red Ribbon it will be directly deliver by Red ribbon deliver service, however your free greeting card will be included.
