Slightly al dente, boiled Spaghetti tossed in a dull, creamy green to dark green stew of taro leaves with bits of dark beige to brown chicken cooked in a rich, coconut cream sauce that is creamy and salty from Bagoong with a hint sweetness and spice from green chili. It is garnished with shrimps and fried garlic on top. A slice of toasted Garlic Foccacia bread that is crusty on the outside but moist and soft with buttery garlic note served on the side.
