Someday delivery is not applicable during any special occasion like Valentines Day, Christmas, Mothers day and Father Day. Please complete the Order at least 2-3 days in advance

There is some seasonal fruits which is only available specific period of the year. So substitution is highly required if your item is not available. But the quality and quantity will be same.

Incorrect address and contact number might cause delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide correct address (House# street name Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete.

Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
